Zach Wagner
Vice President, Industrial Group
Zach joined Strategic Capital Partners in 2016. He focuses on expanding the company’s industrial portfolio across the North and South Carolina markets. His responsibilities include site selection and acquisitions and oversight of SCP’s projects through the entire development process. He also serves the company’s tenants, investment partners and design-build construction clients.
Prior to joining SCP, Zach worked on the Indianapolis CBRE Multi-Family Team. He specialized in multi-family valuation, disposition, financial strategy and modeling for institutional and private clients in the Indiana, Louisville and southern Michigan markets.
Zach graduated Magna Cum Laude from Birmingham-Southern College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. His memberships include NAIOP Indiana and he serves on the Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana Young Leaders Board.
