Will Zink
Senior Vice President, Construction and Development
Will is Senior Vice President of Construction and Development at SCP. He oversees all aspects of the firm’s construction process, including feasibility, design, final budget, contract negotiation, construction operation and owner’s representation.
Prior to SCP, Will worked for Pepper Construction Group as an Assistant Project Engineer. He began his career at Merrill Lynch in New York as a financial analyst in their Real Estate Investment Banking Group, where he developed models and underwrote many equity transactions in the REIT and hotel and leisure industries. He held Series 7 and 63 licenses and traded NASDAQ listed securities.
Will earned a BS degree from Vanderbilt University, a Master of Architecture degree from Tulane University, is an Associate AIA member, and LEED BD+C accredited professional.
Will serves as a board member of The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, the Indy Chamber, the Indy Chamber Foundation, Goodwill Foundation, Tindley Accelerated Schools, United Schools of Indianapolis, Gateway Community Association, is treasurer of the Zink Family Foundation and is a co-founder of the Poverty Institute at the University of Indianapolis.
