Noelle started with Strategic Capital Partners in 2025. Noelle has developed a broad professional background spanning operations, personnel management, and financial support.
After attending DePauw University, Noelle was the full-time Director of Staff Recruitment and Development for the second oldest, continually-running summer camp in the United States. She then transitioned to General Manager of a beloved local business in her hometown. Overseeing the daily operations while spearheading marketing and communications efforts, she became a key resource for local industry insights and news. Prior to joining SCP, Noelle was in the equipment finance industry as an Administrative Specialist, supporting the efforts of both the accounting and documentation teams. She brings adaptability, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering dependable, high-quality work
Noelle is deeply committed to community service, having led the Wabash Valley United Way’s Success by 6 fundraising campaign for two years. She also actively supports ongoing fundraising initiatives for the local art museum in Terre Haute, The Swope.
