Mark Fennerty
Asst. Vice President, Financial Analysis and Leasing
Mark joined Strategic Capital Partners in 2021. In this role, he provides financial analysis for the firm’s various development projects and provides oversight of SCP’s operating properties’ leasing activities.
Prior to SCP, Mark worked at Riveron, LLC where he consulted with private equity clients and provided due diligence services for acquisitions in various industries. He began his career with Deloitte as an auditor for various commercial real estate companies.
Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business: Accounting as well as a Masters of Science in Accounting from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
