Jenna Aspinwall
Assistant Vice President, Asset Management
Jenna joined Strategic Capital Partners in 2025 to lead the firm’s Asset Management initiatives, bringing a strong background in commercial real estate operations and portfolio strategy.
Before joining SCP, she served as a Property Manager at JLL, overseeing a 600,000-square-foot portfolio of Class A office assets across Indianapolis. There, she implemented operational improvements that reduced costs, improved occupancy, and strengthened overall asset positioning in the market.
As a graduate of the Kelley School of Business with a degree in Finance, Jenna combines analytical expertise with hands-on management experience to optimize property performance and enhance asset value across SCP’s growing portfolio
