Using a public/private partnership strategy, Strategic Capital Partners master developed the Avondale Meadows urban revitalization project in Indianapolis. What was once a neglected and blighted area now includes four charter schools, a new health and wellness facility housing the YMCA and a health clinic, mixed-income multi-family housing, new retail with a grocery anchor, community gardens, a walking/biking path and social and job placement service programs.
