Strategic Capital Partners Hires David Meisenhelder as Vice President of Asset Management

 

Experienced real estate professional to manage assets in West Coast and Southeast markets

Indianapolis, Indiana, June 12, 2007—Strategic Capital Partners (SCP) announced today that it
has hired David Meisenhelder as Vice President of Asset Management. David will be based in SCP’s Indianapolis office and will focus on assets situated in West Coast and Southeast markets.

Before joining SCP, David joined HDG Mansur in 2005 to build and direct their asset management group. HDG Mansur is an international real estate investment fund with more than $2 billion in assets under management. David spent the first 15 years of his career in management-level positions with various REITs, including Crocker Realty Trust and Duke Realty Corporation. At Duke, David held regional asset management responsibilities and served as part of Duke’s acquisitions team.

David is a native of Indiana and a graduate of Indiana University. He is a licensed Indiana Real
Estate Principal Broker and holds two distinguished real estate designations: Certified
Commercial Investment Manager of the Commercial Real Estate Investment Institute (CCIM) and Certified Property Manager of the Institute of Real Estate Management (CPM).
